How far in advance should I book?
Most couples book 9 to 18 months out, especially for peak season dates (May through October). That said, reach out regardless of your timeline and I will let you know what is available.
Do you travel outside the Triangle?
Absolutely. I serve couples across all of North Carolina, from the Research Triangle to the Crystal Coast and everywhere in between. Travel fees may apply for events beyond 60 miles.
Can we give you a do-not-play list?
Yes, and I encourage it. Your planning portal includes a full do-not-play section. Your preferences are locked in before the event so there are no surprises.
What happens if there is a technical issue?
Every Premium package includes backup equipment on-site. For all packages, I arrive with redundant systems and have never had an event go dark. Preparation is everything.
Do you meet with us before the wedding?
Yes. Every package includes a pre-wedding consultation where we go through your timeline, must-play songs, announcements, and any special moments you want highlighted.
